What to write about

• Something isn’t working: tell us which tool, what you did, what you expected, and your browser and device (for example Chrome on Android). A screenshot helps.
• A tool idea: describe the job you want to get done. Many of our tools started as suggestions.
• Privacy questions or data requests: see our privacy policy.
• Advertising and partnerships: include your company name and website.

We usually reply within two working days. Please don’t send files you need to keep private: our tools process files on your own device, so we never need them.
